The catholic-Austrian student organisation "Sonnberg" is a highschool-student organisation in Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna. The basis of our organisation are student tradition and the four principles. The four principles are "religio", "amicitia", "patria" and "scientia". We reject each type of extremism, face the European thought positively and are politically active, not however bound to a certain party. Our activities consist of various different meetings. On the one hand there is lectures, educational meetings or religious celebrations, on the other hand we celebrate so-called "Kneipen" (=taverns) regularly after certain traditional customs. Our bond is for lifetime and therefore young and old profit from exchange of experience. We are member in the Mittelschülerkartellverband (="Highschool Student trust federation") (MKV) and try also to engage schoolpolitically.
